Shipping policy

Services ship nothing. A crest arrives on a private link; a site goes live on your domain. This policy is about the printed pieces.

Made on order

Every printed piece is made when you order it, by our print partner, Printful, at the facility nearest to you. There is no stock, so there is no "in stock"; there is a production time and a shipping time, and we show both as estimates, not promises.

  • Production: 2 to 7 business days after the order, before it ships.
  • Shipping, after production, standard service:
    • Canada: about 3 to 8 business days.
    • United States: about 3 to 6 business days.
    • Everywhere else: about 6 to 20 business days, depending on the country and its customs.
  • Where it ships from. Orders are routed to the nearest facility; most Canadian orders are made in Canada, which keeps duties off.
  • Busy seasons. November and December add days at every step. Order early if it is a gift.

Costs, duties and taxes

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout from the destination and what is in the cart, and shown before you pay.
  • Canada: sales tax is charged where the law requires it and shown at checkout.
  • Outside Canada: your country may charge import duties, taxes and a handling fee on delivery. Those are yours to pay and are not included in our price unless the checkout says so. Where the checkout offers to collect duties in advance, it says so on the page.

Tracking and delivery

  • You get an email with a tracking link when a piece ships. If you ordered more than one kind of piece, they may ship separately and arrive on different days; each has its own tracking.
  • A parcel marked delivered that you cannot find: check with neighbours and the building's desk first, then write to us within a few days so the carrier can still trace it.
  • Address errors: see the refund policy. The address at checkout is the one the label carries; we cannot change it once the piece is in production.

Your right to cancel a late delivery

If a piece is not delivered within 30 days after the date we gave you, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund, as consumer-protection law in several provinces provides, including Quebec and Nova Scotia.
